The Patrick Williams management were increasingly aware that their dated brand identity was becoming a barrier to opening up new opportunities among both buyers, sellers and the lettings market.
We wanted to ensure that Patrick Williams appealed to a cross-section of buyers and sellers, from first-time buyers to young professionals and families. Our concept focused on designing a less formal, more emotional identity whilst retaining the vibrant red colour which has been the brand's trademark for more than half a century.
