The Consult

The Unzipped studio is a large self-contained space that can be dropped into a school assembly hall or gym. It contains four areas where teams of students can try their hand at industry activities designed with help from top clothing companies such as Henri Lloyd.

The Consult was asked to name and create engaging branding for the exhibition, as well design the exhibition and contents.

The studio has seen a huge perception change, with 64% of the young people taking part in the taster events saying they would now be considering a career within the fashion and textiles sector. Beforehand, virtually none of the students said they would consider a career in the sector.
