NHS Yorkshire and the Humber, the Strategic Health Authority, has appointed The Consult to create style guidelines for all of its PCT public consultation documents.
The consultation documents form part of a major push by the Authority to increase patient and public involvement in the planning and development of NHS services in the region.
"Producing guidelines for an Authority of this size is a big job." says The Consult creative director Alex Atkinson. "There are 14 Primary Care Trusts under the NHS Yorkshire and the Humber umbrella, each of them producing their own consultation documents. Our remit was to create a central resource that each Trust can utilise, ensuring a consistent look and feel."
